Notary and foreign pension acknowledgement services are provided by appointment at City Hall. Residents are generally able to schedule appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, subject to availability. Appointments may be scheduled up to eight calendar days in advance using the online calendar below or by calling City Hall at (949) 639-0500. All currently available dates and times are shown in the online calendar. Please schedule appointments as early as possible, as notary services are extremely popular!
While most notary and all foreign pension acknowledgement services are offered free of charge to residents, fees are charged for certain services and for all non-resident services, except as provided by law.
