State law (California Code of Regulations 18702.5) requires the City of Laguna Woods to post on its website a single California Fair Political Practices Commission (“FPPC”) Form 806 which lists all the paid appointed positions to which a member of the City Council will vote to appoint themselves. As the City of Laguna Woods has no paid, appointive committees or positions of its own, all appointments disclosed on Form 806 relate to paid, appointive positions on committees, boards, or commissions of other public agencies.
