State law (California Code of Regulations Section 18944.1) requires certain disclosures regarding the distribution of tickets and passes by the City of Laguna Woods to its public officials. Since the City Council’s adoption of a ticket and pass distribution policy in 2012, only two tickets subject to such disclosure have been distributed. Should additional, qualifying tickets or passes be distributed in the future, required filings of California Fair Political Practices Commission (“FPPC”) Form 802 will be posted on this webpage.
