4.1 Annexation of an approximately 10.6-acre unincorporated island generally located on the northerly side of El Toro Road at the intersection of Aliso Creek Road.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt resolution entitled:
“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA WOODS, CALIFORNIA, INITIATING AN APPLICATION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY WITHIN THE LAGUNA WOODS SPHERE OF INFLUENCE.”

The meeting is adjourned to a Regular Meeting of the City Council at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2001 held at Leisure World Administration Building, Board Room, 23522 Paseo de Valencia, Laguna Woods, CA 92653.
